I would like to share the great experience that I had at The Diamond Center in Janesville. I wanted to find the perfect engagement ring for the woman that I love. I had a specific diamond in mind and how I wanted it to be set. I also wanted it to be as complete a surprise as possible. The team at The Diamond Center (Steve and April) far exceeded my expectations. After meeting with April she arranged a meeting with Steve to discuss my ideas. He listened to me and with his knowledge and expertise he delivered the perfect stone. April who is so personable and reassuring made the process so easy and fun. She was able to keep the whole experience a secret which ultimately added to the proposal. My fiancé was surprised and actually speechless. Wonderful experience from this local business.
I needed to edit this review as I am not allowed to write a new one. With such a wonderful experience with my wife’s ring, when it came time to design my ring I thought it would be easy but I was wrong. I cannot say enough great things about Tricia. I met with her multiple times and found her to be personable and patient. I wanted my ring to not only complement my wife’s but also something that I truly wanted to enjoy wearing everyday. In all the examples shown, I couldn’t really find the right one. However, with my input and Tricia’s expertise she went to the designers and they created a ring that I absolutely love. Tricia was always quick to get back to us and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Tricia and The Diamond Center when looking for the perfect piece of jewelry.
