Want to be featured with WedPlan Madison?
Whether you’re a couple from the Madison, Wisconsin area or a local wedding professional, we want to see your stunning and unique wedding inspiration! From real weddings and styled shoots to engagements, proposals, and wedding-related celebrations, we accept submissions year-round. Your work could be showcased in our annual publication, on our blog, or across our social media. (Tag @wedplanmadison on social for a chance to be featured in our stories.)
Be sure to read the following instructions and notes thoroughly before submitting.

We are looking for beautiful and unique wedding ideas from the local Madison, Wisconsin area wedding scene!

HOW TO SUBMIT:
To submit to WedPlan Madison, use this SUBMISSION FORM link.
- GUIDELINES + BEST PRACTICES:
- Permission: Ensure you have explicit permission from the couple and photographer before submitting images to WedPlan. By submitting, you agree that WedPlan may use the content at its discretion for publishing, posting, or marketing purposes without prior notice. (We also recommend informing your vendor team about your submission as a professional courtesy and to avoid duplicate submissions.) WedPlan does not ask for exclusivity for any submissions.
- Complete Submission: Include all required information in your submission form, including a complete and accurate vendor list. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted, and WedPlan is not responsible for missing or inaccurate vendor credits.
- Image Quality: Submit only high-resolution (300 ppi/dpi), watermark-free images.
- Gallery Links: Full gallery links are preferred, as they allow our team to easily view a wider range of photos, multiple angles and formats, and download or organize images efficiently. When submitting, please ensure the photographer or gallery owner grants [email protected] access and high-resolution download permissions and provide the corresponding password and PIN, as needed.
- Gallery Format: Submissions can include full or curated photo galleries. If limiting the submitted content, be sure to include a variety of high-resolution detailed images in both vertical and horizontal formats.
- Recent Events Only: We only accept submissions from the last wedding season to present. Please do not send any content older than 1 year, or images already submitted or featured by WedPlan Madison.
DISCLAIMERS FOR SUBMITTING + MEDIA USAGE:
- No Guaranteed Features: Submission does not guarantee a feature in print or online, with the exception of WedPlan Editorial Exclusives.
- Advertising Priority: While features are not guaranteed, submissions including WedPlan advertising vendors are given priority consideration. Interested in becoming a WedPlan vendor? Contact Dana Gee at [email protected].
- Creative Rights: WedPlan retains the right to use submitted content at its discretion in perpetuity for creative purposes, including print publication, blogs, social media, and advertising content, without further notice. Submissions, outside of WedPlan Editorial Exclusives, can be considered for other publications without affecting your ownership or rights.
