We went with a 43×83′ tent which fit our 170 guests well with a dancefloor, buffet tables, and guestbook tables. Sada and her team were so responsive with my endless questions and changes to our order (thanks again guys!!). It worked out to have them stop at our venue for a site visit which was a huge help, too. We ended up renting tables, linens, chairs, our bar/coolers, dancefloor, lights, patio heaters, a tent heater, and of course the tent & clear sides.
