Hello Darling Films skillfully and cinematically captured the night and all its haunting details, preserving the memories and moments of the celebration for the grooms and their friends for years to come.
From design to photography, stationery, signage, and game creation, LK Bridal Studio masterfully crafted a clever and immersive experience for the couple and their guests. Complementing the dark, yet whimsical, vibe of the Iron Amethyst Inn and the mystery theme of the party, the invitation suite showcased rich hues of gold, burgundy, and black, and also included a custom crest created to celebrate the couple. Attendees were assigned a game character complete with illustrations, personality traits, and backstories, along with an evidence board featuring more information about - and a potential motive for - each guest.
B-Style Floral brought a touch of dark garden elegance to the design through stunning floral arrangements. Featuring textured greenery and purple, pink, and mauve-hued blooms, they perfectly captured the moody, enigmatic atmosphere of the venue and event. Each arrangement was meticulously crafted to complement the mysterious theme, adding a layer of sophistication and intrigue to the celebration.
A deep black velvet tablecloth from Event Essentials set the stage for an enigmatic seating arrangement enhanced by copper chargers, brushed copper flatware, and matte black dinnerware, allowing the florals to stand out against the dramatic design. Tall black taper candles and the glow of a crystal chandelier illuminated the scene, while glass domes showcased delectable "Sinister Charcuterie" from the Iron Amethyst.
AB On Site Beauty expertly provided hair and makeup services to transform each guest into their assigned character. Their artistry added another layer of authenticity and immersion to the evening's thrilling adventure, ensuring every participant looked the part and fully embodied their character as they studied clues, explored the evidence board, and eventually solved the puzzle to win the game.
With its historical 1865 Italianate mansion, lush outdoor gardens, 2One Speakeasy offering snacks and creative craft cocktails, and more, the Iron Amethyst Inn was the perfect one-of-a-kind venue for this moody and mysterious celebration located just 25 minutes west of Madison. Nodding to the time period of their property, they also provided a vintage car for photo ops for the couple and their guests!
A+ Heler's Dry Ice & CO2 added a captivating touch to the mystery bachelor party through an innovative use of dry ice. When placed in the drinks, the dry ice produced a mesmerizing effect that delighted guests and added even more drama to the festivities. Celebrations Entertainment's machine rentals also allowed fog and dry ice smoke to envelope the venue, enhancing the mystifying ambiance and setting the mood for the evening.
Sunny Celebrations brought a killer twist to the party with their clever and delicious treats. They crafted custom cookies with edible images, cupcakes blooming with buttercream flowers, and an enthralling burn-away cake that revealed the final clue, ending the celebration with a tasty layer of intrigue in the evening's suspense-filled fun.
