Sun-kissed and full of joy, butter yellow tones evoke warmth, tranquility, and optimism. Paired with vintage details and lace, the soft aesthetic becomes a delicate dream perfect for a variety of venue backdrops.
If you attended our January WedPlan Show, this wedding design might look familiar. Led by Melody Rose Designs, who provided coordination, design, rentals, and florals, the local vendor team brought their show inspiration to The Tinsmith to further bring this butter yellow vision to life. Displayed atop dainty lace, LK Bridal Studio designed a stationery suite that included an invitation, details card, RSVP, envelope, and a contour-cut floral wrap. The design paired a classic script with a modern, high-contrast typeface and featured right-aligned text, offering a fresh alternative to traditional center-aligned invitations. A creamy linen cardstock added texture for a refined, luxe feel.
Other printed pieces from LK Bridal Studio included a welcome sign, name cards, menus with wax seals, and a table number.

A lace-draped arch at the start of the aisle framed the ceremony scene, leading to a grounded floral arch. The iconic ceremony hall at the Tinsmith combines clean white walls, natural light, and wooden floors with vaulted industrial ceilings with exposed metal rafters.
Floral bouquets lined both sides of the aisle. Arrangements by Melody Rose Designs included roses, anthurium, snapdragons, calla lilies, carnations, and baby’s breath.

Live wedding artist, Cayla the Painter, set up her easel at the ceremony scene, demonstrating her services and signature style.

In addition to Melody Rose Rentals, Event Essentials and Velvet Rentals also provided rental pieces across the wedding design–including the tablescape. The setup consisted of a wide table base, adorned with a pale yellow satin tablecloth and a lush lace runner that cascaded to the floor. Each plate setting included two white plates set upon lace doily chargers, satin yellow linens wrapped in pearls, table menus, and polished gold silverware.
Detailed crystal glassware, including water glasses, wine glasses, and sundae glasses, was arranged at each spot, adding a vintage touch. The drinkware coordinated with candle holders and tea lights, artfully set beside floral vases for centerpieces.

Stellie’s Ice Cream and Lily’s Magical Treats donned matching yellow-stripe fringe umbrellas for the occasion. Stellie’s Ice Cream parked in the Tinsmith’s 4-season solarium, surrounded by tropical greenery and bathed in natural light.

Lily’s Magical Treats brought a full range of snacks and desserts, including their signature cotton candy, lollipops, buttery popcorn, and whimsical champagne glasses rimmed with cotton candy. The treats were spread across the cotton candy cart, snack wall, and drink display, also including neon signage.

The final scene, the dessert spread from Craig’s Cake Shop, unfolded across two round tables, beginning with layered custard dessert cups, each presented in coupe glasses or wine glasses of varying heights and styles. A joyful four-tier yellow cake completed the scape. Each layer featured frosted pearl beading and an artful, asymmetrical arrangement of frosted flower motifs.
