Coordinated and designed by Renee Breanne Design, this contemporary Pearls and Prosecco-themed soiree came to life thanks to a talented team of local vendors, including Emi’s Images, C*Lee Creations, Lettered by Shi, Sunborn Gardens, The Baked Lab, Camerata String Quartet, Brandi’s Bridal Galleria, Etc., DuBois Formalwear, BK Salon, JV Makeup Artist, and Velvet Rentals.

Emi’s Images expertly captured the elegance and artistry of the day with their stunning photography that highlighted every detail with precision and creativity. C*Lee Creations brought the design to life on film, crafting a visual masterpiece filled with passion, emotion, and intensity!
Lettered by Shi brought the organic beauty and lavish charm of pearls to life through her thoughtfully designed stationery and signage details. She incorporated raw, deckled edges on handmade paper to reflect the natural elegance of pearls, while letterpress-printed oyster shell place cards and pearl accents on the belly bands and vow books tied the theme together seamlessly. Luxurious details like delicate ribbon, handwritten calligraphy, and curvaceous fonts added an elevated touch, balanced by thoughtful spacing and clean serif typefaces that allowed the exquisite materials to shine. Her work perfectly mirrored the essence of pearls—beautifully natural and effortlessly sophisticated.
The bride’s hair and makeup perfectly exuded effortless glamour, balancing timeless elegance with a modern edge. JV Makeup Artist created a warm, flawless natural glam look with soft brown eyes and a neutral matte lip, enhancing her natural beauty with understated sophistication.
BK Salon styled her hair in trendy Hollywood glam waves with a sleek middle part accented with stacked pearl barrettes, adding a contemporary touch that tied into the overall pearl-inspired theme.
Beautifully reflecting the Pearls & Prosecco theme, the bride and groom’s attire showcased a blend of fashion-forward style, upscale sophistication, and luxe details. The bride’s gown from Brandi’s Bridal Galleria, Etc. featured a chic high neckline, a dramatic low keyhole back, and shimmering pearl embellishments, perfectly capturing the elegance and glamour of the day. The groom, styled by DuBois Formalwear, wore a classic black-and-white suit paired with a black bowtie and shoes–a timeless and refined choice that radiated enduring style.

A towering floral pillar, featuring a rich mix of greenery, foliage, and blooms, became a stunning focal point, adding depth and drama to the ceremony. The bride’s bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, and a unique floral headpiece for the bride’s second look for the reception were all crafted with the same modern, organic feel. From the table centerpieces to the accent florals, Sunborn Gardens’ creations were the perfect mix of raw beauty and refined elegance, perfectly complementing the upscale atmosphere.

Set in the Overture Hall Lobby, the space’s grand transparent staircases, expansive seventy-five-foot glass windows, and stunning views of the State Capitol created a dramatic and elegant atmosphere. The venue’s light color palette and contemporary design allowed the luxe pearlescent details and florals to truly shine. The Promenade Lobby, with its suspended catwalks and balcony spaces overlooking the main lobby, offered an equally striking view and photo opportunity, further elevating the upscale ambiance.

Velvet Rentals provided a stunning array of carefully curated pieces that elevated the overall design of the shoot and created a refined, cohesive atmosphere. Their Concrete Pedestal Set was used throughout the space to display lush florals and candles, adding a modern, sculptural element. For seating, their elegant French Dining Chairs brought a warm sophistication to both the ceremony and reception. In the lounge area, their tan velvet Hotel Sofa, with its clean lines and gold-tipped legs, provided a versatile and elegant seating option, while the modern Aubergine Chairs added a pop of rich purple. Their Antique Brass Shelf and Venice Mirror complemented the space with their graceful brass finishes, the latter also serving as a striking signage element and unique photo opportunity featuring a hand-calligraphed quote by Lettered by Shi.
The Baked Lab crafted a modern, three-tier cake that perfectly complemented the shoot’s chic and luxe aesthetic. Featuring a heathered white design, the cake was adorned with artistic wafer paper detailing and delicate pearl accents, adding an elegant and contemporary touch. Its sleek yet textured look made it a standout centerpiece, beautifully tying together the event’s sophisticated and organic elements.
As the bubbly was poured, the bride revealed a jaw-dropping second look–a white pleated dress paired with an incredible, statement-making pearl shawl. Her ensemble change was taken to the next level with a stunning floral headpiece from Sunborn Gardens, featuring a unique, artistic design with purple and white blooms that added a bold, creative touch to the end of the high-end celebration.
