A talented team of local vendors crafted an elegant, organically-inspired wedding scene, where deep berry hues and rich textures played a starring role. Reminiscent of a European garden, lush florals and carefully curated details created a sophisticated yet delightfully untamed atmosphere, blending nature’s beauty with timeless refinement for a luxurious and intimate celebration.

Whimsical Design & Decor expertly crafted each stationery and signage element, seamlessly complementing the wedding’s organic and berry-inspired theme. The invitation suite featured a clean white design with torn edges and soft blue accents, setting the tone for the celebration. Menu cards in a rich blackberry-hued pattern mirrored the deep berry palette, with torn edges adding texture and popping against the crisp white dishware on the reception table.
The welcome sign, with its marbled backdrop and elegant lettering, added a refined touch to the festivities. A textured linen bar menu, tastefully draped on the bar cart, contributed to the chic atmosphere, while a small concrete menu slab with a raw, textured edge showcased the drink offerings.
At the reception table, Whimsical Design & Decor displayed concrete table numbers that paired beautifully with the place settings, and guest names were displayed in curvy vinyl lettering directly on the tablecloth, creating a unique, modern look. A large ornate mirror was placed nearby, similarly personalized with elegant vinyl lettering.
Klein’s Floral and Greenhouse brought their artistry to life with immersive floral designs that balanced fresh flowers, live plants, and textured ceramic pottery tailored to enhance every part of the celebration. For the ceremony, grounded floral arrangements framed the lakeside setting beautifully. The two grooms were accessorized with a pocket floral boutonniere, a lapel floral boutonniere, and a coordinating bouquet that tied their looks together seamlessly.
Every corner of the celebration was enhanced with greenery and rich, berry-toned blooms to create a celebration that felt equal parts organic and curated. Dramatic foliage like Japanese Maple, Black Dragon Coleus, and Rex Begonias paired beautifully with locally sourced Black Pearl Lisianthus, white and plum dahlias, and calla lilies. The soft silver tones of Eleagnus vine added contrast, while Tweedia, scabiosa, astrantia, and nigella brought texture and dimension. Grounded florals and accent blooms extended these lush berry hues to the bar cart, mirror sign, and reception tablescape, ensuring every detail reflected the celebration’s sophisticated garden-inspired design.

For the ceremony, they set the stage for the lakeside “I Do’s” with their white Bentwood chairs and luxurious gray and cream-toned rug, grounding the space in radiant simplicity and allowing the textured floral designs and incredible views to shine. Cocktail hour was a chic affair, with their Bubbly Bar Cart serving up signature drinks like the “Blackberry Bramble,” “Blueberry Martini,” and “Pomegranate Champagne” in stunning pleated glass coupes. Orange Door Weddings’ extra-large ornate gold mirror was transformed into a sign reading “Serving Up Looks,” offering a stylish spot for outfit checks and fun photo opportunities before heading into dinner.
The showstopping reception table on the country club’s lawn was an enchanting focal point for the celebration, framed by Orange Door Weddings’ custom gold arches. Three Sophie Chandeliers from Event Essentials hung above, adding a touch of glamour while maintaining an airy, indoor-meets-outdoor feel. The long, intimate tablescape, set with a heathered cream and beige tablecloth, modern silver flatware, white plates with a bubbly edge, white napkins, and silver napkin holders, was surrounded by a lush combination of floral arrangements, foliage, and vining greenery. Smaller arrangements, bud vases, fruit, and table cakes served as centerpieces, creating a beautifully organic yet sophisticated look.
The warm brown tones of the Bentwood Fruitwood chairs from Event Essentials complemented the creamy tones of the table setting, perfectly blending with the overall design.
