This unique and beautiful hot air balloon wedding was planned by Lavender Hill Weddings + Events. HOW DID YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND MEET? The groom purchased the bride’s former home.
HOW DID YOU KNOW HE WAS “THE ONE?” It was a feeling I had after our second date. He was everything I was looking for in a partner; kind, sense of humor, romantic, thoughtful, and loving family.
DO YOU HAVE A PROPOSAL STORY YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE? He proposed on Christmas night surrounded by both of our families.
WERE THERE ANY PERSONAL TOUCHES YOU INCORPORATED INTO YOUR WEDDING? The wedding officiant was a long time friend & pastor of the groom. He added personal touches throughout the ceremony. We had face painting, tethered hot air balloon rides, and fireworks.
WHAT WAS YOUR WEDDING INSPIRATION? Downton Abbey style, wanted it to be romantic, fun, and magical. My wedding planner and pinterest helped me bring those ideas to life.
