WEDDING DATE: 07/28/18
HOW DID YOU MEET? Through a mutual friend.
HOW DID YOU KNOW HE/SHE WAS “THE ONE”? It took us splitting up for a short time to realize how much we missed and loved one another, how painful it was to be apart and how important it was for us to make it work.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROPOSAL: No sappy, romantic story here. Just two adults making the decision that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
WHAT WAS YOUR WEDDING COLOR PALETTE? Multi-colored with an emphasis on plum and melon.
DESCRIBE YOUR WEDDING FLOWERS: Vibrant, loose and festive.
TELL US ABOUT FINDING YOUR DRESS: I knew that I wanted a Hayley Paige gown. After trying a number of dresses on, the consultant brought in something a little different from what I thought I wanted. The second I put it on, I became emotional and knew that I had found my dress.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE MOMENT FROM YOUR WEDDING? Our first dance.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR HONEYMOON PLANS: We visited beautiful Lake Tahoe.
WHAT DOES LIFE LOOK LIKE AFTER THE WEDDING? Just about the same as it did before!
IS THERE ANY ADVICE YOU’D GIVE TO OTHERS PLANNING THEIR WEDDING? Hire a wedding planner! If you are going to follow my advice, go with the best and call Korrine at Event Essentials. I promise that she will ensure that you have a stress-free, beautifully planned event. Also, trust her taste and experience and allow her to make decisions.
DID YOU USE ANY SPECIALTY CHAIRS, LINENS, TABLES DINNER OR GLASSWARE? All were rented through Madison event rentals, Event Essentials.
